Every year I make my kids winter hats. So, when September rolled around I decided to get started, even though it was still in the 100s. We got out the old ones to see what fit and what didn't and these two had the best time playing with all the cold weather gear we own, which fits in a small box (the one Porter and Courtney are sitting in). Courtney actually looks cold in the center picture. She was so funny to watch pretend to be cold since I'm sure she couldn't remember having ever been in the snow. I only made the hats Porter is wearing. My Mom made the purple hat and my Mother-in-law made the scarf that Courtney is wearing, which my kids fight over, but it's mine.
