Spinach

My kids really like the old Popeye cartoons and were very curious about the can of green stuff that gives him his strength. So, just for fun I bought a bag of Spinach and my kids loved it! Tonight we had spaghetti and spinach salad. Molli ate two helpings of spinach and asked for more. I said, "You have to eat your spaghetti before you can have more spinach." Has any other parent ever said that to their kids? Shouldn't it be "you can't leave the table until you've eaten your spinach?" Molli amazes me sometimes with her taste buds. She also really likes broccoli. What kid likes green vegetables? I sure didn't when I was a kid.
